July 1st’s session brings a second iteration of our popular in-group
Flex coding camp, so bring your laptops and propellor hats and get
ready to crank out some more MXML and AS3. We’ll also be continuing our
community case study series with a demo of the StrikeTracker
application under development by the Flex team at Highwinds.
Note that July’s meeting will be at a different location, since
DeVry is renovating over the summer. Valencia Community College has
generously offered to host the user group at their West Campus off of
Kirkman Road, which is just a few miles from the usual spot (location on Google Maps here).
The meeting will be held in the HSB building, room 107, from 6:30 PM to
9:00 PM. Lisa Macon from the Valencia faculty will be joining us, and
has put the word out to her students so we may see some increased
attendance as a result.
